This year we have made significant strides in building our company community, most notably through the Women Empowerment Program . We are thrilled to announce that we have new zealand email list doubled the number of participants, connecting 165 mentors with 340 mentees across diverse regions including Africa, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United States. In addition to this growth in our mentorship program, we have fostered in-person community engagement by hosting numerous networking events in Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Nigeria. These events attracted over 1,100 attendees, all united under the banner of independent music and empowerment. This collective effort exemplifies our commitment to fostering a vibrant and supportive community within and outside of our company.
No one can say with 100% certainty what 2024 will hold. While all we can do is hope for the best, one thing we know for sure is that we wouldn’t want to dive into this new year with anyone else. I’m so grateful to work with the passionate and supportive people on our team, and it’s an honor to serve artists like you. You make us strong.
