Virginia Dendi, a native of Montevideo, decided several c level executive list years ago to leave her hometown to embark on an international adventure that would take her to Buenos Aires and, later, Barcelona. With a solid background in graphic design and experience at Despegar , a travel company, Virginia and her partner, Federico Navarro, embarked on the ambitious project of creating a completely virtual marketing agency.

"We both shared a passion for travel and decided to create a business that would allow us to work from anywhere in the world," Virginia said in the interview.
