What is User Experience?
User experience is the set of factors and elements related to the user's interaction with an app, website, etc. In other words, it is the generation of a positive or negative perception of a particular product or service.
Difference between UX and usability
Before moving forward and telling you the keys to generating a good user experience on your website, we want to pause to explain the difference between UX and usability, as they are two concepts that even today many people confuse.

Usability refers to the ease with which users can use a tool. Therefore, web usability would be the ease with which Internet users navigate the web, fulfilling their objectives: obtaining information, contacting, buying a product or service, etc.
Keys to a good UX
Keep it simple: You should aim for simplicity. Most users will appreciate a simple website, so avoid non-functional elements. Don't overdo it with colors (2-5 colors maximum is recommended) and choose good typography.

On our website we have done this on our home page with the title: EWOM DIGITAL MARKETING. We have placed it in the upper left so that users see it as soon as they enter and can know what we do as soon as they "land" on our site. Navigability: One of the keys to generating a good user experience is, without a doubt, navigability. Users should find an intuitive website so they can easily find what they are looking for: products, who you are, contact information, etc.
Credibility: credibility in this area is synonymous with trust. We mean that you should opt for formats that the user already knows, that will generate trust. And not only the formats, also be clear in the information you provide to gain their trust, and you can even show examples of previous work.
We have achieved this through a simple format and by providing additional information, such as work we have done with other brands or companies.
