Green in Peace Nurseries (GIP) is a wholesale company from Almería with 90 years of experience in the retail sector of urban gardening nurseries.

Their business is based on selling to urban retail nurseries in the country. They currently sell to 348 urban nurseries and have a market share of 20%. Samuel Pérez joins the company as manager.

The entry of new international players (aggressive in terms of price), new habits does thailand use telegram of their public (online search and purchase) and the passivity of their retail network had left them in a borderline market situation.

Lowering prices was their only option to maintain market share and their costs could not be lowered any further. Something had to be done.

After an intense B2B segmentation process, it was detected that there was a group among its retail clients who, in the midst of a generational change, were betting on selling value "instead of plants."

To do this, they were looking for partners to help them with digitalisation, but above all with the way of doing it. New services, training, etc.

Samuel saw an opportunity in developing a way to help them from an ad hoc Customer Experience for this segment.
