CONTEXT
Running, curious about new tools and invested in understanding and responding to new uses, was convinced by WhatsApp.

The objective: to share exclusive experiential content with their customers on a privileged and unsaturated channel.

The challenge: publicize their launch on WhatsApp to poland number for whatsapp collect as many opt-ins as possible and gauge customers' appetite for the conversational experience offered on WhatsApp.

SOLUTION
Sinch recommended Courir to capitalize on the launch of the Lena Situations x adidas collection to create an engaging activation to collect a maximum of opt-ins directly on WhatsApp. A conversational experience was therefore built to allow users to discover the Lena Situations x adidas collection in a fluid and interactive way and allow them to find the pair of sneakers that suits them best.

RESULTS
An excellent start rate of 92.4%! The opt-in collection was pushed directly after Q1 (vs. at the end of the scenario usually) and it was a great success given that 66.3% of users who started the scenario opted-in. All boosted by a unique post opt-in promo code.

A competition was also offered at the end of the scenario to encourage users to complete the experience, 68.2% participated. We also observed a record completion rate of 85% (x2 vs Rich SMS) on this campaign which generated a strong enthusiasm from the Courir community!
