Living in quarantine has become our new way of life. And so is working from home. We all think it's great to stay at home and not rush to the office every morning. But in reality, you know, it's a whole new challenge.

Meditate The importance of good mental health is undeniable. So what better way to control your mental balance than meditation? Isolate yourself in a quiet place at home; make sure the place is quiet and not too bright. Meditate for at least five to ten minutes a day and you will feel more relaxed than ever.

Solve Puzzles : We know what you're thinking: "Won't this tire me out?" It won't. Research says that solving puzzles relaxes brain cells, which in turn relieves stress. Isn't that amazing? So, solve a simple puzzle, sudoku, or crossword puzzle at the end of the day to relieve stress.
Read a Book Reading a book is a good brain exercise that is great for reducing stress. Not only does a good read calm your mind, it also improves your imagination and creativity. But having said that, we also encourage you to pick up physical copies of books rather than reading e-books; reading on your phone, tablet or laptop can strain your eyes.
