This phase is one of the most important, since the quality of the database is irrelevant if it does not comply with the provisions of the law.

3.- LOPD and LSSI: any self-respecting database must fully comply with the requirements of the LOPD (Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection) and the LSSI (Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).

4.- Double Opt-in: since 2017 we have had a double opt-in in all our databases . This, in addition to ensuring its legality, allows us to improve the quality of the database , since we have double consent from the client.
