Transferring files to the new server.
Prepare the appropriate directory on the new hosting company and transfer the WordPress files there. You can do this using FTP and Filezilla. Make sure the PHP version is the same as on the old server.

WordPress needs a database to function properly. You need office 365 database to create one in your client panel.
4. Log in to phpmyadmin and load a copy of the MySQL database there
In order for your site to connect to the new database, remember that you need to enter new access data into the wp-config file. You can find the file in the main directory of your WordPress site.
5. Changing the DNS address of a domain or transferring a domain. A domain is the name under which your website can be found. You can either change the DNS address of the domain to point to the new hosting company. After updating the DNS information, it may take a few hours for the changes to take effect and the website to be available on the new server. You can also transfer the domain to another registrar using the Authinfo code. You will get the code from the company where you purchased your domain.
