What are the problems that hinder this path?

WeImpactIndex which is based on the 3 ESG pillars ( Environment, Social and Governance ) with a total of 18 questions plus a suggestion box for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
For both certifications, if they pass the accreditation requirements, companies become HappyAtWork/WeImpact certified. An important point is that these certifications are based danish mobile number only on the opinions of people who work inside the company , that is, the people who know the company more than anyone else.

Based on our experience, the most recurring problems on which companies can intervene with targeted actions to improve corporate well-being are mainly three:

Unclear internal communication: Only one in two employees understands how decisions are made in their company. It is important to explain decisions and share key information;
create a consistent, quality experience across all career and seniority levels . In other words, are you confident that even your most loyal employees feel valued?;
ensure managers feel confident in explaining and using key HR processes (appraisal, mobility, training plans, one to one, “critical conversations”).
What can people do instead who feel they work in an environment where there is little attention to corporate well-being?
We feel like giving two practical suggestions.
