The Online Institute of Practical Psychology produces and sells information products — remote courses for beginners and practicing psychologists, with a guarantee of a state-licensed diploma. To attract new clients, the organizers conduct 3-day free lessons, and then offer to buy full training.
The Institute of Psychology is engaged in large-scale promotion, is popular, and today covers 35 countries. Holding webinars twice a week, they each time collect 5 thousand or more contacts of interested people. Auto-calls have become the only effective option for processing hot requests, and the company initially used IVR technology (one-way notification calls, where the client answers by pressing a number). They decided to try voice bot calls on the advice of a marketer who had already worked with Keycall on another project.
Confirm registration
Identify and handle objections
Remove non-target customer numbers
These were the tasks facing the Keycall voice bot. And the client's main malaysia phone number data expectation was to increase the number of people attending the webinar. At the time of contacting Keycall, it was 18-20% of the total number of registrations.
Selling Online Courses with a Bot
How to launch a bot call
The project development took us 3 days. Such efficiency was due to the fact that we repeatedly filtered leads at the registration stage for Infobiz. To create an effective script, we needed to learn the key feature of the approach to clients, understand who their potential buyer is and how to talk to him.
Having delved deeper into the target audience of the Institute of Psychology, we realized that most of it is made up of girls who are interested in psychology, have already taken similar courses or are already practicing. We also paid attention to the creatives that brought clients and the area of their main employment, source of income. To get women to talk, we chose a pleasant male voice for the bot.
After testing, we settled on the final version of the script:
“My name is Maxim, manager of the Online Institute of Practical Psychology. I am calling to confirm your registration for a series of free webinars, where you will learn how to master the profession of a psychologist-consultant, get a diploma and earn from 3,600 rubles per hour. The first webinar will take place today at 20:00 Moscow time. Will you be able to join?”

We gradually refined the conversation further, analyzing the clients’ answers and questions. As a result, we got 6 branches of dialogue:
“Yes” The bot promises to send a link an hour before the webinar, reminding you to check your spam folder, and says goodbye.
“No” The bot asks why it won’t work, then voices another benefit, reminds about the time of the webinar and says goodbye.
"Call back later" The bot apologizes for disturbing you, but briefly reminds you about the upcoming webinar and the link to it, then says goodbye.
"Will there be a recording?" The bot responds that the webinar is not being recorded and reminds you of the importance of attendance.
"Delete my number" or "I didn't leave anything" Apologizes for bothering you and says goodbye.
"Another Question" Repeats the benefit of the webinar and the invitation in a different wording.
"Is this a robot?" The bot says that this is an automated call and reminds you of the importance of the webinar, and says goodbye.
The last branch of the conversation did not have to be used, because the clients of the Online Institute of Psychology did not realize that a robot was talking to them.
