This time, we will delve a little deeper into the first step of "knowing your customers" and tell you some points to keep in mind when it comes to "data visualization" and "data integration." We will also introduce some "recommended customer segment examples" that you can use to utilize the acquired data for your business initiatives.

As I mentioned in my previous blog,
it is important to first visualize "customer attribute information" as well as offline/online "purchase data" and "behavioral data."

The most difficult data to visualize here is offline behavioral data.



Specifically, indoor and outdoor behavior is tracked using GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, store cameras, etc., but there are obstacles such as obtaining permission for GPS and installing special equipment in the store, so it can be quite difficult for the staff in charge to actually plan and promote it themselves.


We recommend getting professional advice on designing an app that can capture offline behavior using GPS, or on installing equipment that can properly visualize in-store behavior.
