The folio consumption report (RCOF) is basically a report that bsale automatically sends every day to the SII, indicating the amount and the number of invoice folios used.
If the Internal Revenue Service (SII) sends a monthly email botim database about pending Rcofs. Don't worry! This happens because sometimes the SII is unable to process the information sent by Bsale, and marks it as pending. Every 10th of each month the SII notifies taxpayers, requesting that they send these pending days.
What should I do?
If you look at the email you received from the SII, in addition to your email, it also includes ours: "[email protected]". If so, don't worry, we already have this notification and will resend the requested information.
Otherwise, if that box does not appear, you just have to forward the email to "[email protected]" and we will resend this information again.
