How does it look like for
Recruitment of Young Talents
TALENT DAYS: You are with ethiopia email list 150000 contact leads
us for the second edition in a row (thank you!) – what is the reason for this new demand for Young Talents?
Justyna Pogorzelska: We are very happy to be able to join you again during the autumn job fair. We have been operating in Krakow since 2014, and this decade has been a period in which we have developed our business significantly - our team currently numbers almost 400 people. In today's world, constant changes require us to constantly expand our skills and look at challenges from a new perspective. This makes us realize that in order to be competitive, we need employees who are ready to learn and open to change. The young talents we are looking for at the Talent Days job fair are invaluable to us, because they bring with them innovative ideas and positive energy that drives our work.
TALENT DAYS: What are the main challenges you face when recruiting and how does Talent Days help you overcome them?
Justyna Pogorzelska: The biggest challenges we face every day are effectively reaching potential candidates and convincing them that we are the company they should apply to. This requires not only an appropriate recruitment strategy and building a positive image on the labor market, but also great flexibility and speed of action. Talent Days gives us, employers, this invaluable opportunity to get out from behind our desks - to meet candidates directly and build authentic relationships with them.
In this way, we can not only present our company, its values and organizational culture, but also talk about our daily work, which is crucial for attracting the right talent.
The first impression is the first thing we pay attention to
TALENT DAYS: What do you pay attention to first in a candidate who approaches your stand at Talent Days?
Justyna Pogorzelska: The first impression is always very important to us. The key factor that we pay attention to during meetings with candidates at the Talent Days job fair is their real interest in the company, our organizational culture, the functioning of teams and job offers. We are also happy when candidates ask questions about our daily work. Answers to such questions can provide candidates with key information about their potential workplace, which can help them make decisions about their professional career.
