My dream is to combine my interests, i.e. marketing, with what I am studying at university – data analytics, including marketing analytics. I see myself as an analyst. I think it would be a good balance between my creativity and analytical mind.
TALENT DAYS: Interesting mauritania email list 100000 contact leads
combination! What are your impressions of participating in Talent Days?
OLGA: I rate my participation in the fair as extremely positive. I was absolutely thrilled because during the first day of the fair I managed to have 11 conversations with employers as part of Talent Match. A few days before the fair I received a call from the person responsible for organizing Talent Match, who suggested meetings with various companies. She gave a brief context of whether a given company specializes in finance or more in marketing. Most of these conversations were of a more general nature, focusing on getting to know each other.
TALENT DAYS: Wow, 11 interviews! Could you share your perspective on participating in Talent Match so future participants can understand what it's like?
OLGA: Of course, from my point of view it was simply a match with companies, based on my CV and the requirements of these employers. All I had to do was show up at the fair, where I received a special wristband. At a specified time I had to show up at the Talent Match zone at Talent Days – there I was directed to the appropriate table with a representative of the given company, where we had a short, 15-minute conversation.
TALENT DAYS: Was it thanks to your participation in Talent Match that you got your current internship?
OLGA: Yes, during the fair I had the opportunity to talk to a representative of Phillips, who offered me the opportunity to do an internship in the Insights & Analytics department. The position was selected based on our conversation, during which we discussed my interests and previous experience.
TALENT DAYS: No wonder Talent Days was a #PerfectMatch! How is your internship experience so far? Is it good?
